When we have fat liver, dinner must be easy and healthy. And today I am here to give you some examples of dishes that we can consume if we suffer from liver steatosis.
The truth is that when it comes to dinner and fatty liver, most of the dishes that we can consume for breakfast or lunch are suitable. I wrote advice for each of these meals, which you can read below:

What to eat for dinner if you suffer from liver steatosis?
This is one of the main questions that I feel from people recently diagnosed. The fatty liver diet seems initially extremely restrictive, with many prohibited foods and many question marks.
Here we can have two different approaches, depending on the situation in which we are at the moment.
Therefore, we can have people who work and take a more frugal or easier lunch – dinner becoming a more important meal. Or we have people who can eat a more abundant lunch, resulting that dinner will be easier.
In both cases, in fact, dinner should be as easy as possible and consumed at least 2 hours before bedtime.
Usually I eat a salad or simply various vegetables with a little cheese, a homemade house or something similar.
But we see below some ideas for dinner for liver steatosis, from which you can choose what is appropriate according to how coherent lunch is.
So important to remember: if lunch is more coherent, dinner must be easier. If lunch is not very consistent, dinner can be a little more substantial.
Ideas for Dinner For Great Liver
Vegetable salads

As I said, this is my main dinner. A “classic” Bulgarian or Greek salad signs miracles and is delicious.
1-2 tomatoes, cucumber, onion, peppers and 4-5 kalamata olives, a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and salad is ready! I can’t eat without cheese, so I always have about 100 g (or less) next to it.
I started consuming light cheese (Hochland, for example, has it) that it is not as good as the cheese with which I grew up, but has less fat.
The salads are eaten without bread!
Toni salad

Once again one of my favorites, when I need more proteins at the end of the day.
I use an inscription of tuna (in its own/water and not in oil), a green salad (it goes here – including spinach for children, iceberg salad, Chinese, etc.) and some olives. The salt and some croutons of whole bread and the salad are ready. Delightful!
Soups or broths

I was not a big fan of the consumption of soups or soups in the evening, but our habits change when it comes to our health, right?
Well, on any soup or healthy soup (without sugar and free fat) a perfect dinner can compete.
If I hurry up, boil a bag of carrots for children, 2 medium cubes, 2 full onions and medium spices (turmeric, salt, parsley, etc.) in 1.5 liters of water and in 35 minutes I have the soup ready (launch).
If I have more time, I take a soup of minestrone. We find mix for her in stores, but I like to use the ingredients chosen by me:
– 2 large and chopped onions
– 3 large carrots, give the grater
– 1 grated celery (small)
– 2 garlic dogs (pass)
– 1 peppers, chopped cubes
– 200 g of peas (frozen use)
– 200 g of beans (1.5 cm cut)
– 1 stainlessness of white beans (without preservatives or other strange)
– 2 chopped tomatoes (use canned tomatoes – be careful not to be preservatives)
– 500 g of tomato juice (be careful to be 100%red, possibly with a little salt)
– 1.5 liters of water
– Salt according to the taste – attention sport if the tomato juice has already salt!
We first boil the onion, carrots and celery in all water, until it starts to boil. Then add the pepper, peas and two types of beans, together with chopped tomatoes. Let it boil for 30 minutes.
The idea is to have a thicker consistency, but it may be necessary to add water. These are preferences.
After 30 minutes, add the tomato sauce and salt. Leave for 5 minutes to boil, then add the garlic and leave for another 5 minutes.
It is served hot and a spoonful of grated Parmesan can be added (ideally without, to have less calories).
Fagioli salad with sweet corn

Once again, something extremely simple to prepare, but delicious and friendly with the liver.
I use a can of white beans, one of red beans, a small sweet corn and chopped onion. I mix them all and I sell a sauce with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard and a little water.
Mix everything and eat immediately (ideally, I start for at least 30 minutes to interfere the flavors).
From the mixture above I eat 2-3 times.
IMPORTANT: Great attention to the sweet corn should not have added sugar. It is more difficult, but it is located! In addition to the beans: we are interested in being without chemicals, preservatives and other ingredients. Only beans, water and perhaps salt.
Homemade zacucsa

Although lately I have started cheating and eating a Unisol jacket more and more, it is ideal for a homemade house. No oil and sugar (or with small quantities of oil).
Zacusca is extremely healthy and delicious. But be careful: be without very fat and without added sugar. Also, eaten with the least possible bread! 2 maximum slices – but no more than 3 per day.
Bake in the oven with vegetables

A salmon medallion in the oven, without oil or other ingredients, together with grated or boiled carrots, green salad or broccoli made in the oven – a quick and healthy dinner.
For those who consider too oily salmon, we can use trout or tone or any other fish. It is important not to be fried or cooked with oil.
Grilled chicken breast with grated carrot

Like fish in the oven, the grilled chicken breast (again, without oil) is always delicious. We can eat it with any type of vegetables: a tomato salad, grated carrot, cabbage salad or beet salad … the options are unlimited. No potatoes, but!
Beet salad

Falsers are considered a superfood for fatty liver, so it should be consumed as often as possible. I put it as a main way to jump in the eye, but it is usually much easier to eat it as a side dish.
The beet salad can be made with fresh, boiled or oven beet. Add only oil, vinegar (apples) and salt – without sugar. Added sugar is the reason why I don’t recommend buying beet salads made ready from the shop or restaurants.
I have not yet found the sugar (but I found the pre -affidated beetroot, which is useful for when we unravel, but much more expensive).
In any case, the beetroot should not lose more than 1-2 days in our menu.
Other tips for dinner

A varied diet is possible when we suffer from fatty liver. The above examples are just a small part of the amount of things we can eat. I could also call them poor, because you can make various dishes with little of each one.
A red, a cucumber, a small onion, half of the peppers, a grated carrot, 3-4 olives, a piece of cheese, a half-grated beetroot, two tablespoons of black rice and a chicken breast strip. This is a tasty, varied and very healthy plateau for the fat liver.
Until in the end we can say that we ate in moderation, you can use all types of combinations of food. It is important that they do not have excess or fat oil and be added without added sugar. Small portions, ingredients like fresh and natural, cooked at home and … the sky is the limit.
