The dairy is an important part of our diet – but is we allowed to consume dairy after we have been diagnosed with the fatty liver (liver steatosis)? We will talk about it in today’s article.
In general, Lattiero -Caseari products are not part of the recommended foods for the fatty liver. At the same time, many dairy products -caseari can still be consumed without problems, in particular weak yogurt or weak milk. Everything, however, consumed in moderation!
After all, drink tea for fatty liver or fat renounces, let’s say, if you can eat three times more. Therefore, carrots are unhealthy if you eat a few kilogram per day …
And since not all dairy products should be treated in the same way, above all because of enormous differences in terms of calories and fats, I think it is more right to divide them in a few calories to treat them differently.
The milk is allowed if you have been diagnosed with the liver steatosis of the liver/fat?

Many people, including nutritionists, recommend not to consume milk (or dairy products -caseari) from those who suffer from fatty liver.
But my opinion differs – and not because they are more pause, but because we have to look at the general image and understand in which situations the nutritionists and experts do not recommend milk or dairy products for those who suffer from liver steatosis.
To begin with, we have this 2011 study that discovered that, in fact, milk has beneficial effects and would protect the body from the liver steatosis.
From a nutritional point of view, milk has many benefits. Let’s not forget that it is the main food that all mammals consume after birth, so they must have “good things”.
In the case of milk, we are talking about a high calcium content, vitamin D, proteins, but also other minerals and vitamins in lower, but not negligible quantities. We are talking about Vitamin B-12 here, Potassio, Magnesium and Vitamin A.
At the same time, milk contains lactose, which is a carbohydrate (or sugar). We must avoid carbohydrates when we have fatty liver – (we talked about sugar and fat here) but fortunately, the milk has not many: somewhere to 5%.
In the same way, the fat content is negligible, especially if we consume weak milk, with a fat of 1.5%.
And from here, in fact, the problems that nutritionists with milk generally have in general:
1. Many people are lactose intolerant and therefore milk hurts them. If you are not in this category, no problem.
2. Weak milk often has a sugar supplement or other unhealthy substances, to make them more delicious. But here we have an easy solution: we read the list of ingredients and choose only 100%natural products.
3. Various studies show that those who consume weak milk have more health problems than those that consume more fat products. Once again, it is like dietary juices: those who choose them already have health problems or struggle with excess weight. So the problems are not caused exclusively or directly from milk or dairy products.
So, as long as you are not lactose intolerant, do not consume milk with sugar, flavors or other absurdities and consume it in moderate quantities (150-200 ml per day, maximum), the milk will not hurt, as long as it is weak milk.
It will even give us some extremely important and useful nutrients.
Is it allowed cheese or cheese if you lived fat?

Cheese and cheese in all their forms are generally not recommended for those who suffer from liver steatosis because they have a high fat content. In addition, most of this fat is saturated (the most unhealthy fat).
Cheese and cheese are also with high cholesterol and very salt (in general).
That’s why, on cheese and cheese, it would be better to say the step. This is the sad but true situation.
Now, to be completely honest, I must admit that I could not completely give up cheese. I said that the moderation will be the key word again and I tried, as far as possible, to consume light cheese variants (we find them through all supermarkets) or cheese.
After all, to tell the truth, a tomato salad is very sad without cheese. I would also say you can’t eat without.
Yes, he exaggerates a little, but not much. The idea is that I consumed, from time to time, with a salad, a piece of 50 g of cow cheese. I have not eaten every day and never more than 50 grams and I still managed to get rid of the fatty liver.
So it is not even a end of the country, I would say neither cheese nor cheese. But simplifies your life and opt for light ones and keep the quantities consumed under control.
Is yogurt, cream, kefir, health and others allowed if you suffer from fatty liver?

Any product with very fat is not recommended in the fatty liver diet, so we cut here from the beginning, butter and any lactate product that has over 2% fat.
In general, we find slightly weak yogurt, kefir, health, whipped milk and the like. Until they add other Basoni (sugar, usually), can be considered acceptable for consumption if we have liver steatosis.
Once again, even if he risks looking like a broken mill: all consumed in moderation!
A yogurt at a table, a glass of kefir … but no longer. Ideally, we would consume those who are not pasteurized. Therefore, the beneficial bacteria that transform milk into yogurt are still present and have a health intake for us.
But, in total, we will consume Lattiero -Caseari products not only for the high calcium content and some other vitamins and minerals, but above all for the special taste. This is the truth!
Conclusion
I don’t want to get to the point of saying that the experts who suppose that we have to stay like a dairy if we suffer from fatty liver, but based on their experience with this situation, I would not believe it.
I continued to consume dairy products – or simple milk, or yogurt or something like that – almost every day after I was diagnosed with a fatty liver and I managed to get rid of this disease.
I consumed only milk and light yogurt (1.5% of fat) and cheese and cheese were also light for the most of the time. Everything consumed in moderation, yes … and everything was fine.
A varied diet, with natural products, is extremely important in the fight against liver steatosis. Many vegetables, many fruits, lean meat and superfoods – all combined with many movements (only here I don’t recommend moderation!). This is the recipe for success when it comes to getting rid of the fatty liver. At least this recipe I followed!
